The Muffinteers will be baking up an impact on hunger and homelessness this weekend. Join us for the 10th celebration of National Muffin Day on Sunday, Feb 25th.
For every Muffinter, the Muffin Man, Jacob Kaufman will match $10 per Muffinteer and donate to Family Promise and Project Homeless Connect SF.

Double Chocolate Muffins: Baking Party Recipe
3/4 c Milk of your choice
1/2 c Oil of your choice (neutral)
1 Egg or Flax Egg (1 tbsp flaxseed meal plus 3 tbsp water)
1 tsp Vanilla
5 c of Spinach
1 2/3 c Flour (can substitute Gluten-Free Flour Blend)
2/3 c Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 c Brown Sugar
1 c Chocolate Chips (sub in dairy-free/ vegan if desired)
